
Chateau de Roquefort Gueule de Loup 2019
The cellars at Château de Roquefort were built in 1734. Until 1995, the estate only produced wine to be sold in bulk. Raimond de Villeneuve took over in 1995, modernized the winery, and began producing biodynamic wines under the Château’s name.
The Gueule de Loup is a blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Cinsault, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 80% cement and 20% wood. It is pure, fresh, and full with red fruits and sublte black fruit with just a touch of earth and grilled meat. A pleasant liveliness in the mouth, no need to be thirsty to drink!

Chateau Roubine Cru Classe Rose 2020
Located right in the middle of Provence, between Lorgues and Draguignan, Château Roubine is one of the oldest wine estates of France. Famous ever since the 14th century, the Templars yielded the property to the Saint James of Jerusalem Order in 1307. odays bottle reflects the Château rich history; the glass is adorned with the Templar coat of arms, featuring a dragon and a lion protected by the suns rays.
This Rose is harmonious and refreshing, a true to the spirit of Provence. In your mouth, it has the effect of a raspberry sorbet. Some aromas of peach, red fruits and flowers are giving this great wine a beautiful touch.

Le Petit Gimios Rouge De Causse 2015
Rouge de Causse is Gimios’s flagship wine, a 16 varietal co-ferment from their oldest pre-phylloxera vineyard planted in 1860! The exact grape varieties are not known, but there is a clear Grenache and garrigue presence as found in the great wines from the South. Expect pure fruit expression, long, persistent tannins and plenty of structure.

Luc Lapeyre Avis De Vin Frais 2019
The cinsault and cabernet-sauvignon are from plots specifically cultivated for rosé. As soon as the picking takes place, a single direct pressing retains only the first juices, the latter being reincorporated in the tank for the reds.
Watermelon and strawberry notes with mouthwatering acidity. Jolly and refreshing.

Lunar Apogé Côtes du Rhône Rouge 2019
Lunar Apogé Côtes du Rhône Red is a blend of 50% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre and 10% Cinsault. It offers aromas of blackberry fruit and herbs. It is medium weight and has a silky texture with good fruit intensity and firm tannins on the finish.

Savage Follow the Line 2019
Fleshy, silky soft and almost imperceptible with the harmonious finesse of the sublime palate texture grabbing all the drinker’s attention. Superbly balanced, subtly piquant and saline, this wine has such a dreamy, creamy finish. 89% Cinsault from 39 year old dry farmed Darling bush vines together with 11% Syrah from the same property.

Savage Thief In The Night 2019
This wine is soft and sensual, combining the best of both Grenache and Cinsault to form an impressively harmonious, silky soft sappy red blend. The wine seems to grow exponentially in the glass, unfurling and unravelling to reveal layers of strawberry jam, raspberry compote and Turkish delight all framed with bright crystalline acids that really amplify the wines purity, minerality and sense of place.

Somos Carignan Cinsault 2018
A light red meant to be drunk with a solid chill made of a co-fermentation of Cinsault and Carignan. Great aromas of a raspberry pie, drinks bone dry with a long palate of red fruit and yeasty touches. Wild fermentation, no filtering or fining, bottled without additives save a tiny dose of sulfites.
