Jumping Juice Sunset 2020
The mesmerizing colour of a warm long sunset of the WA ocean, this Jumpin Juice is fun times juice.
It’s not quite an orange wine and not quite a rose but it sits somewhere in that range.
The Sauvginon Blanc and the Gewurztraminer both are fermented on skins, so is the Shiraz but only for a short time.
The whole lot is then combined together in a brew of tropical fruit punch, stalks and spice. Its a cosmic, crazy wine that you will be knock back on the beach all summer long.
Millton Libiamo Field Blend 2019
A combination of Gewurztraminer, Marsanne and Muscat all grown in Millton organic and biodynamic vineyards. Picked by hand, fermented and aged on skins the wine was then pressed and rested in older demi-muid French oak barrels.
This wine is rich and sensual with an adoring complexity of bosc pears and walnuts together with pretty white flowers and juniper berries stimulate the aromas. The taste is dry with a subtle pucker of textured tannins.

Pegasus Bay Gewürztraminer 2019
Skin contact and fermenting with solids provide increased structure and a subtle hint of struck match, while the oak aging and lees contact adds mouth feel. On the palate it is rich and unctuous, with ripe phenolics and a lingering aftertaste of fresh ginger that complement the wine’s off-dry finish.
