Has a vibrant, tangy nose full of strawberry and cherry notes, with a brisk palate that is both subtle and juicy.
Two-days on skins, and fermentation in old oak puncheons, give the wine gravitas and length. Less of a park wine, more of an Italian picnic-wine centred around wild-boar sausage sandwiches. Tastes more like chilled red rather than typical Rosé.

Giacomo Fenocchio Barolo 2016
This wine is intense, rich, elegant, and complex, with smooth, dusty tannins, soft red fruit, and mineral notes. Aromas and flavors of red cherry, red plum, mulberry, raisin, licorice, truffles, chocolate, mint, leather, cedar, and tobacco abound. Drink it now, but decant it if you do. It will age beautifully if you cellar it for a few more years.
