Aimery Grand Cuvée 1531 Crémant De Limoux
This Crémant de Limoux is sourced from the oldest sparkling wine region in the world which continues to produce these amazingly flavoursome, yet affordable sparkling wines. Medium-intense aromas of apple flesh, white melon rind and yellow flowers open the nose of this fresh and inviting sparkler. Made from 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc and 10% Mauzac, it’s brisk and lively, with final hints of green apple and lime leaf.

Domaine Felines Jourdan Picpoul de Pinet 2020
Fresh, sweet, lively and enticing, with creamy lemon notes and a little floral freshness. Soft though prominent acidity and citrussy fruits. Perfect with seafood and oysters!

French Beaches Juicy Red 2019
“Mediterranean climate. Vineyards located in Languedoc-Roussillon. Clay-limestone and clay-silty soils. Striking in colour, the bouquet conjures an orchard of ripe fruit. The first sip reveals an opulent palate of cocoa dusted espresso and dark cherry with vibrant fleshiness. Living up to its name, this has beautiful, juicy raspberry and cherry notes and oh-so-silky tannins. Ageing on fine lees, in stainless steel tank, during a maximum of three months. The addition of sulfites is limited.” Producer Notes

L’Indigène Mas des Agrunelles 2019
L’Indigene is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. On the nose it is fleshy with notes of ripe dark berries and briar patch. There is a distinct meatiness that makes you think of salami with garrigue herbs and cracked pepper. On the palate, it is full bodied, textured and robust, with solid acidity and smooth tannins. Fruit notes of blackberry, raspberry and black cherry are concentrated and juicy without being over-ripe. The earthy notes from the nose continue and blend with the savoury notes of lavender, rosemary and white pepper.

Le Petit Gimios Rouge De Causse 2015
Rouge de Causse is Gimios’s flagship wine, a 16 varietal co-ferment from their oldest pre-phylloxera vineyard planted in 1860! The exact grape varieties are not known, but there is a clear Grenache and garrigue presence as found in the great wines from the South. Expect pure fruit expression, long, persistent tannins and plenty of structure.

Luc Lapeyre Avis De Vin Frais 2019
The cinsault and cabernet-sauvignon are from plots specifically cultivated for rosé. As soon as the picking takes place, a single direct pressing retains only the first juices, the latter being reincorporated in the tank for the reds.
Watermelon and strawberry notes with mouthwatering acidity. Jolly and refreshing.
