Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo was established as a separate DOC from Montepulciano d’Abruzzo in 2010. The principal red grape variety is Montepulciano, made in the Rosato style. Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Cerasuolo is a fun, fresh, lighter tasting red that is best consumed chilled and young. Packed with red fruit aromas, bright acidity and long off dry finish.

Johannes Zillinger Revolution Pink Solera NV
The Revolution Pink Solera from Johannes Zillinger is a mix of 3 grape varieties: Rösler (50%), Syrah (40%) and St. Laurent (10%). The Rösler was fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured in barrels, the Syrah spent time in barrels and the St. Laurent was made with a unique solera system (different vintages put together year after year). The result is a fresh and minerality driven rosé, aromas of sour cherries, pomegranate and sage. Can we treated as a chilled red as well. Very structural wine.

Lemony-yellow bright, with reflections green. intensely fruity aroma, with aromas of fennel, floral, scrubland and aniseed background, some tropical fruit notes. Elegant, fresh and persistent. In the mouth it is equally fruity and fresh. Unctuous, sweet and a touch of bitter finish, which gives the elegance characteristic of the Verdejo.

The 2016 Pouilly-Fuisse wafts from the glass with a honeyed bouquet of yellow orchard fruit, lemon oil, confit citrus and beeswax. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, mineral and tense, with considerable concentration and structural reserve, concluding with a long, saline finish.

L’Indigène Mas des Agrunelles 2019
L’Indigene is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. On the nose it is fleshy with notes of ripe dark berries and briar patch. There is a distinct meatiness that makes you think of salami with garrigue herbs and cracked pepper. On the palate, it is full bodied, textured and robust, with solid acidity and smooth tannins. Fruit notes of blackberry, raspberry and black cherry are concentrated and juicy without being over-ripe. The earthy notes from the nose continue and blend with the savoury notes of lavender, rosemary and white pepper.

Le Petit Gimios Rouge De Causse 2015
Rouge de Causse is Gimios’s flagship wine, a 16 varietal co-ferment from their oldest pre-phylloxera vineyard planted in 1860! The exact grape varieties are not known, but there is a clear Grenache and garrigue presence as found in the great wines from the South. Expect pure fruit expression, long, persistent tannins and plenty of structure.

Lezèr Foradori 2020
100% Teroldego spontaneously fermented in cement tanks, unfined, unfiltered with low sulfites. If you are unfamiliar with this grape, it is related to Syrah and has a similar dark inky colour, a peppery taste and firm, but not astringent tannins. This particular wine is made with less skin contact, hence the lighter colour of the wine. Crunchy, high acid and rich in red berry notes with just a touch of black fruit and pepper. The wine’s freshness, bright acidity and subtle pleasantly bitter quality makes it a wonderful food partner.

Mas Candi Cabories 2020
Cabories is a wine made from a blend of two Catalan red varieties (Mando & Sumol) blended with a white variety (Xarel-lo). Light aromas of red berries and plum and a fresh and invigorating palate. Excellent red natural wine that can be served slightly chilled. It is fresh, dry-cherry-fruity and light. A touch of liquorice cuts through the plum and red berries and makes it a unique and very interesting wine.

Mas Candi Corpinnat Cava 2017
A blend of Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel·lo grapes sorted from old grapevines, this Cava from Penedès was traditionally vinified. After the completion of both fermentations, it was aged for 24 months in the bottle. Crisp and very pleasant, this sparkling wine of Celler Mas Candí is dry, fruit-driven and fresh. Bubbles are nicely integrated, and the acidity is excellent. This Penedès Brut Nature cava has a long finish with remembrances of dry fruit and spices.

Deep, inky purple in colour. On the nose, intense aromas of red berries and cocoa. Soft and smooth on the palate, with flavors of wild blackberries and raspberries; well balanced, with great depth and a long finish. 65% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot.

The Latour-Giraud Meursault Cuvée Charles Maxime is a very attractive Meursault in terms of price, made by a fantastic authentic house. In the glass, the Meursault Cuvée Charles Maxime is light yellow to yellowish. In the nose butter, nuts, apple and spiciness of wood. In the mouth a round attack, creamy but elegant and with finesse because of the minerals and the beautiful acids. Good integration of the wood.

Michel Leon Pinot Gris 2019
This wine has a beautiful brilliant golden colour. The nose is fine, elegant and aromatic with a freshness which opens up with undergrowth and ripe fruit notes like apricot, peach, plum and cherry. This wine is full-bodied, aromatic and has an great volume. Acidity enables a good balance so that undergrowth and ripe fruit notes can be released.
