Valcatrina by Santos Lima Rosé 2019
Produced from typical local varieties and respecting the region’s winemaking tradition, this blend resulted in an aromatic wine with exuberant flavour well balanced with a refreshing mineralogy and pleasing acidity, which will definitely please you and leave good memories.
Vincent Couche Rose Desir Extra Brut
Vincent Couche isn’t afraid to experiment. He made this rosé Champagne by using carbonically macerated Pinot Noir, saignée Pinot Noir and macerating Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Three methods adding to the sheer complexity you’ll find. Dry on the palate but exuding a salmon-colored rosé with aromas of cherries, pomegranate and citrus all at once.
Vitalba Albana Romagna Anfora 2018
This is a so-called Orange wine and that means nothing more or less that it is a white wine made from white grapes but whose skins ripen with this wine and the skin contact has been no less than 95 days in Georgian amphora (Kvevri). The great thing about an Orange Wine like this one is that you can taste many red wine characteristics in this orange wine. The color of this “Orange” wine is deep and light orange. The scent is calm yet very complex, with notes of very ripe fruit, candied peel, honey and marzipan. Surprisingly a lot of juice with a very rich aftertaste in which one encounters a lot of ripe stone fruit.

Great example of German Pinot Noir! It’s fresh and light, packed with red berry flavors and gentle oak influence. Very elegant wine with good depth and long finish. If you are Pinot Noir fan – it’s definitely worth trying!

Xavier Bénier Cote de Brouilly 2018
Grapes are from a 1.7 hectare vineyard with schist soil, with vines over 100 years on the clock!!. Fermented with natural yeasts in neutral oak with 25 days maceration. Aged in foudre [large wood casks] for 8 months. Unfiltered. The expression of the grapes is healthy, frank and crunchy, the wine offers the superb intensity of a tasty fruit. The finish offers a nice length and a spicy freshness. It is a delightful wine, very balanced, very well crafted.

Yann Chave Hermitage 2020
‘Located on the land of Beaume and Péléat, my Hermitage vines, dutifully and lovingly tended, are over 40 years old and are rooted in a soil of loess. South-West facing, the plots enjoy abundant sunshine throughout the vegetative cycle, thus providing grapes with the raw material I require to bottle the much sought-after DNA of this mythical Hermitage hillside’ -Yann Chave.
Full and generous on the palate. Mid-palate reveals rich aromas of ripe fruit and a hint of smokiness. Tannins are dense and intense, but with great finesse, giving the wine imposing structure and a long finish. A truly superb wine.
