Kloof Street Chenin Blanc 2019
Pale straw in colour, this wine has a nose of sun ripened pears and wet granite. The palate has a vibrant acidity balanced by a soft, round texture and some pithy character. The wine has a fresh, mineral finish.
Savage White Blend 2015
As the wine slowly opens it releases pretty aromas of lemon zest and white peach followed by dusty minerals, honeysuckle and white floral. On the palate this has a gorgeous texture which is beautifully balanced with remarkable focus. Overall, this is a gorgeous wine which should continue to evolve and gain complexities with just a bit of bottle age.
Testalonga Baby Bandito Stay Brave 2020
The Testalonga Baby Bandito Stay Brave was hand-harvested and 100% Destemmed into open 1500L fermenters. Fermented on the skins for 6 days before being pressed off into a 3300L old oak Foudre and 2 x 500L barrels. No yeast (or other) inoculation or additives apart from a small amount of SO2 shortly before bottling. Ambient fermentation (the juice/ wine is not cooled). 100% malolactic fermentation. A clarifying filtration was done, not fined.

Testalonga Baby Bandito Follow Your Dreams wine is a hugely aromatic and medium-bodied skin contact Carignan with aromas of crushed berries and flowers. The palate reveals sour cherry, strawberry and bright acidity, but then evolves to sweeter potpourri-like floral notes of violets and a lingering savoury finish.
