Castello Di Verduno Barbaresco 2017
Rich and soft wine into the aromatic component, in a perfect balance between elegance and insensitivity. Elegant, delicious when young but will age for many years in a good vintage.

Cave de Lugny Macon Villages 2019
This wine has depth, intensity and so much flavour. It’s fresh with glorious notes of zesty citrus, delicate white flowers and a hint of honey. This is an archetypal Chardonnay from the Mâcon Villages in the south of Burgundy that uses different terroirs to combine minerality, delicacy and fruit expression.

Chateau de Roquefort Gueule de Loup 2019
The cellars at Château de Roquefort were built in 1734. Until 1995, the estate only produced wine to be sold in bulk. Raimond de Villeneuve took over in 1995, modernized the winery, and began producing biodynamic wines under the Château’s name.
The Gueule de Loup is a blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Cinsault, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 80% cement and 20% wood. It is pure, fresh, and full with red fruits and sublte black fruit with just a touch of earth and grilled meat. A pleasant liveliness in the mouth, no need to be thirsty to drink!

The wine is of an appealing golden colour, has a fresh aromatic bouquet, is full and fruity with a long aftertaste. The wines are situated in the deep river gravels that cover the entire plateau. This gravel is combined with sand, clay and limestone which all contribute to the uniqueness of the Graves and the characteristic minerality which is expressed in the wines.

Chateau Marsyas B-Qa 2017
Ripe red and black cherries with peppery spice pair perfectly with beef shish, charred spring onion, tomatoes and sumac – the fruit-forward elements of the wine balancing the charcoal from the beef. So satisfying to drink, it also tastes delicious with dark chocolate.

Chateau Moulinet Lasserre Pomerol 2017
The Vineyard lies on the western side of Pomerol, in a place named ‘Moulinet’, on sandy and gravelly soils. This wines has 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Malbec. After a manual picking, vinification takes place in temperature controlled concrete tanks, ageing in partly new oak barrels, for about 18 months. Beautiful deep red ruby color. Aromas of fresh red fruits are dominant and bring elegance and complexity to finely structured palate.

Clos Henri La Chapelle Blanc de Noir
This is technically a “Blanc de Noir” – made from 100% Pinot Noir and in a rich and full bodied style of Methode Traditionelle. If you prefer your bubbles on the yeasty, chocolatey and savoury end of the spectrum this should definitely catch your eye. Creamy long and satisfying savoury finish too.

Colere Semillon 2016
“20% barrel ferment, then blended back to SS tank. Settled in tank for an extended period of two years (autolysis), then transferred/racked back to neutral oak for six months to re-awaken. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. This wine comes from the certified organic Vineyard of Greenhough, Hope Valley, Nelson. Bright, full, light golden colour, pale on edge, the bouquet is full with rich aromas of citrus fruits, honey suckle, apple, green papaya and pear. There’s something very waxy about this Sémillon at times as it opens in the glass and continues to blossom, with striking enough acidity to carry it forward. This is dry in expression, and unfolds its gently rich and sweet fruit flavours on the finish. The extended elevage, optimal fruit ripeness and touch of oak are all helping to bring some of the savoury secondary development notes in to play also.”

Colossal Reserva 2016
Made from a blend of Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Tinta Roria and Alicant Bouschet, this is vivid purple black in the glass with vibrant magenta edges. The bouquet is awash with dark plums, prunes, tar and polished oak and it is immediately seamless in the spicy, savoury, oaky, medium to full-bodied palate filled with succulent dark berry fruit and accents of baking spices and pepper. Terrifically tasty with lovely balance of fruit and savouriness and tannins more noticeable on the long dry finish.

Columbia Crest Chardonnay 2019
This Chardonnay opens with intense aromas of apples and melons, joined by signature characters of crème brûlée, caramelized sugar and butterscotch. Ripe orchard fruit flavors are joined by creamy, buttery notes and balanced by lively acidity.

Commune of Buttons Basket Town 2020
“We picked three parcels that are a mix of Dijon clones including the rare chardonnay Muscat (about 10% of the final wine); an ancient ancestor of the modern chardonnay grapes of today. 1 tone of fruit was picked in the third week of March and crushed underfoot. The juice was fermented in a single 600L demi-muid and aged on full lees for 11 months and stirred for lees integration once a week for about a month. Basket Town white is a spicy saline chardonnay with white flesh peaches and nectarine. The Muscat character lifts the aromatics and makes the wine incredibly accessible.” Producer Notes

Commune of Buttons Estate Chardonnay 2020
“Fermentation took place in 600L barrels and the wine remained on full lees for a year with some lees stirring over winter (roughly once a week for 2 months). Commune White is a bright, well-rounded wine with pear, lime and peach fruits. There is a delicate savoury brioche thread that lingers into the well-known saline minerality and natural acidity of the clay sandstone soils of the vineyards.” Producer Notes

Commune of the Buttons Nebbiolo Rosé 2020
Has a vibrant, tangy nose full of strawberry and cherry notes, with a brisk palate that is both subtle and juicy.
Two-days on skins, and fermentation in old oak puncheons, give the wine gravitas and length. Less of a park wine, more of an Italian picnic-wine centred around wild-boar sausage sandwiches. Tastes more like chilled red rather than typical Rosé.

Conceito Flip 2019
“Ruby colour, with violet nuances. It has an intense and complex aroma, with notes of black fruits and red fruits, combined with a cocoa aroma. In the mouth, it has a good volume, round tannins and well integrated acidity. The notes of red fruits and light cocoa stand out. The finish is long and very elegant.”

Continental Platter Prosecco NV
A frivolous, vivacious but not aggressively effervescent Prosecco. A fresh citrus body is highlighted by lingering honey notes in a full mouthfeel. With organically and sustainably farmed fruit for this number, it’s incredible value.

COS Zibibbo in Pithos 2017
Fruit for this cuvée comes from organically-farmed vineyards in Marsala – in the west of Sicily, grown next to the Mediterranean on sandy limestone soils. Fermented on skins using indigenous yeasts in terracotta amphorae, prior to a further six months maturation in clay. Beautifully aromatic, with stone fruit, citrus zest, orange blossom, sea breeze, a salinity, nice minerality, and chalky texture.
